Sprint Schedule

In sprint cohorts of 3-5 people, we meet online for Stage 1 to listen and learn from your team, then our team works offline and sharing updates with you until we have a complete concept design package that we present in a final conference call for Stage 5 Review.

  • Stage 1 - Discovery / Conference Call
    We establish the scope and objectives of your sprint and present our principles of conceptual design and applied or strategic imagination.

  • Stage 2 - Research and Analysis (Offline)
    We conduct summary research of your organization’s industry and market to inform our conceptual design.

  • Stage 3 - Narrative Development (Offline)
    We craft a powerful conceptual narrative around your sprint, bridge the gaps between your vision and the present, with a glimpse into adjacent, possible futures.

  • Stage 4 - Concept Generation (Offline)
    We develop original concepts and design artifacts, adding more detail, ensuring alignment with your needs, and fine-tuning our designs with our narrative research.

  • Stage 5 - Review / Conference Call
    We present our developed concepts, share feedback for your team, and review possible steps to the next-level.

Conceptual design is open-ended, speculative, and focused on exploring possibilities. The primary goal is to generate visionary ideas and novel concepts that can guide long-term planning and decision-making. The emphasis is on originality. Concepts are meant for research, not for production.

You can apply for our pro bono sprints, which we host periodically for our research and development purposes. They are free, and very insightful, but don’t provide the same level of deliverables as our complete, more comprehensive cohort experience.

  • Imagination Sprints™ are designed to complement your existing strategies with a fresh perspective. They should also challenge your thinking as well. Think of it as a turbo-boost for your innovation process. Your team needs a lab group to practice any level of R&D if you want to remain relevant in the 21st century.

  • Beyond the tangible mockups, narratives, and strategic roadmap, the real ROI lies in the acceleration of your ideation process, the reduction of costly missteps, and the strength of your signal amidst the noise around you. The insights and perspectives you gain can lead to faster market validation and a stronger industry presence. And we aim for 10x, not 10%.

  • Both! Individuals are typically executives (CEOs, COOs, CIOs, etc.), directors, program managers, or principal investigators. Teams participating in our calls are limited to 3-5 people, but only one primary point of contact throughout the sprint. You can have as many team members as you want on your own sprint team, but we recommend keeping it to a manageable number.

  • Our sprints are managed by seasoned teams of researchers, designers, and storytellers, each with both generalist and specific skills in their respective fields. Their combined expertise ensures a holistic approach, balancing functionality, perspective, and aesthetics.

  • Absolutely not. While we use powerful, leading-edge generative AI and research tools, we have dedicated human analysts reviewing and citing sources and references.

    We are also committed to the responsible engineering and use of AI-generated content and images, free of any copyright infringement, and we apply our own original art and science to provide concepts that meet your needs.

  • From Day 01, we listen. This is where the work begins to understand your journey, your ethos, and your values. Every step of the sprint is aligned to resonate with and amplify your unique voice, ensuring outcomes that are both innovative and authentic.

    If our Day 1 experience doesn’t inspire you to continue with your sprint, let us know before the end of our call and we’ll give you an 80% refund. We’ll also send you the transcript of our conversation for your own R&D.

  • Absolutely! We believe in the longevity of our solutions. Post-sprint, typically after 30 days, we offer a review session to discuss outcomes and potential next steps. Additionally, we provide options for recurring monthly sprints as a subscription, ensuring you're fully equipped to capitalize on your sprint's results. We also have financial strategists that can provide an analysis of your budget strategy.
