Sprint Schedule Example

In sprint cohorts of 3-5 people, we meet online for Stage 1 to listen and learn from your team, then our team works offline and sharing updates with you until we have a complete concept design package that we present in a final conference call for Stage 5 Review.

• Stage 1: Frame the Frontier
  Goal: Define the challenge, the context, and the future horizon.

• Stage 2: Scan & Distill Signals
  Goal: Surface relevant drivers of change and emerging patterns.

• Stage 3: Scenario Sketching
  Goal: Create divergent, plausible futures for modeling decisions.

• Stage 4: Implication Mapping
  Goal: Translate futures into strategic insights, scenarios, etc.

• Stage 5: Actionable Roadmap
  Goal: Define next steps, decisions, and experiments.

In addition to fresh perspective and insights, we will give you:

2. A summary industry report for your concept strategy.

3. A powerful narrative to support your concept.

4. A recording and transcript of your sprint session.

5. A :30 sec video concept trailer to share with your stakeholders, on your website, or your social media.
